Mai Tai Punch

ingredients
1/2 fresh pineapple
20 strawberries
2 bottles Mai Tai mix, without alcohol
1 bottle (750 ml size) light rum
1 bottle (850 ml size) brandy
1 quart orange juice, chilled
ice or ice ring
directions
Cut pineapple into thin slices; thread on individual 4" wooden skewers. Place a strawberry on each skewer. Refrigerate skewers covered overnight, if desired.
In a large punch bowl, mix Mai Tai mix, rum, brandy and orange juice. Add ice or ice ring.
Place a skewer with fruit in each glass. Fill glasses with punch.
