Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

This lovely green punch has a light lime flavor and a fizzy, creamy texture. Great for parties and so simple to make.

1 cup lime vodka
1 liter chilled lemon-lime soda
4 cups lime sherbet
Combine the vodka and lemon-lime soda in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
Add the sherbet by scoops. Stir gently to dissolve the sherbet. Serve the lime vodka punch immediately.
If you don't have lime vodka you can use regular vodka and add a couple of squeezes of fresh lime juice.
Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

Delicious & refreshing, everyone loved it. FYI: double the vodka.

This is another one of those "almost too simple to be good" recipes. However we loved it! It wasn't too tart or too sweet. I don't think you need to go out and get lime vodka if you don't have it on hand, regular vodka would work just fine as the soda and sherbet have enough flavor.
