ingredients
1/2 cup dry-pack sun-dried tomatoes
1 package (8 ounce size) low-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
directions
In small bowl, pour 1 cup boiling water over tomatoes. Let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and chop tomatoes.
In another small bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt and chili sauce, mix well. Add tomatoes and other remaining ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate 6 hours before serving.
Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or garlic flavored bagel chips.
