The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

1/3 cup instant coffee grounds
1 teaspoon chocolate extract
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Place all in food processor and process until blended well. Store in airtight container.
Mix with hot water - amount of coffee as desired.
