2 cups unsweetened instant tea
2 packages (3 ounce) orange-pineapple flavored gelatin
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon coconut extract

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until blended well.

TO SERVE: Stir 2 T mix in Mug of hot water Note - can serve cold too!
