Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Easter is a time for family, friends and, of course, food! This year, ditch the traditional chocolate eggs in favor of something a little different - chow mein noodle Easter egg nests.

1 package (6 ounce size) chocolate chips
1 package (6 ounce size) butterscotch chips
1 can (5 ounce size) chow mein noodles
candy eggs or jelly beans
Combine the chocolate and butterscotch chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering, not boiling, water. Cook, stirring constantly, until the chips are melted.
Carefully remove the top of the double boiler and set it on a hot pad or other heat-proof surface. Stir in the chow mein noodles. Immediately drop the mixture by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Made a depression in the middle of each "nest" with a spoon. Add 2-3 candy eggs in the center. Let cool completely. Store the candy nests in an airtight container.

Remember these from when I was younger, but instead of the noodles we used All-Bran cereal.

I made these with my girls and they loved them so much we are making them for their classmates. I bought some Easter candy bags from Box and Wrap so we can individually wrap each nest. These bags have bunnies on them..they are much cuter than just plain cello bags. Thanks so much for the recipe!
