It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Add a new twist to your ham dinner with this delicious Kahlua baked ham. The ham is coated with a sweet and savory glaze made from Kahlua, brown sugar, and mustard, which gives it a unique and flavorful taste.

10 pounds pre-cooked ham
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons Kahlua, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1/2 cup Kahlua
2 tablespoons dry mustard
whole cloves
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Place the ham fat side up on a rack in a roasting pan. Score the fat with a knife in a criss-cross pattern. Stud the ham with the cloves (press the pointed side of the cloves into the ham).
Place the ham in the oven and bake at 300 degrees F for 3 hours (cook for 18 minutes per pound if you are using a different size ham).
During the last hour, sprinkle the top of the ham with the brown sugar and drizzle three tablespoons of the Kahlua over the top.
Combine the remaining Kahlua and dry mustard and stir until the mustard has dissolved. Pour the mixture into the bottom of the roasting pan.
Return the ham to the oven and baste the ham frequently with the pan juices during the last hour of cooking.
Remove the ham from the oven and slice into serving pieces.

Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
