I've been so tired of chicken with bbq sauce type recipes in the crock that I wanted something a little more "unusual" and came across this one. Let me say, this is amazing! The hens were done perfectly and the glaze is so incredibly tasty. It's got just the right balance of sweet and savory to it.

These were the most delicious cornish hens that we have ever tasted! Made them on Sunday and let them cook for 7 1/2 hours and they smelled wonderful and tasted the best.....Can't wait to make them again. The meat was very moist and the plum jam and onion soup----wonderful. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!
