ingredients

3 pounds chicken pieces, skin removed
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
ground black pepper, to taste

directions

Place chicken inside the slow cooker.

In a bowl, stir together the chicken broth, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Pour mixture over chicken in slow cooker, and cover.

Cook on low setting for 6 hours, or on high setting for 3-4 hours.

    this dish sounded like the ingredients would make a dish in flavor similar to teriyaki, but instead I am not sure what the flavor is.. I would say reduce cooking time to 4 hours on low and play around with the ingredients for the cooking sauce.
