Slow Cooker Corn-Noodle Casserole

Rich and cheesy and oh so easy! Egg noodles are slow cooked with creamed corn, cheese, butter and sugar to create a delicious (and addicting) side dish. (Hint: add some chopped, cooked chicken and make it a meal!)

ingredients

1 package (12 ounce size) egg noodles
2 cans (15 oz size) cream-style corn
1 pound American cheese, shredded
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar

directions

Cook the noodles until al dente as directed on package. Drain well.

Add the noodles, corn, cheese, butter, and sugar to the crock pot and mix well.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 2 hours, stirring once or twice during the cooking time.

Adjust the seasoning as needed before serving.
