4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can French onion soup (optional)


Mix all in crock pot and cook on LOW 6 hours or until done. Serve over rice or noodles. Can also be made without the onion soup.

To Freeze: Cool and place in freezer bags or cartons. Thaw and bake until heated through.

Used boneless chicken thighs and served this over egg noodles. I sauteed the mushrooms before adding them only because I prefer that texture more. Had lots of good flavor and wasn't too salty even with the canned soups. Definitely didn't need extra salt but I was concerned it might be too much sodium. I didn't add the poultry seasoning and I don't know that it really would have needed it.

I just had surgery and am not supposed to be standing for long periods of time. Husband looked up this recipe and threw it together so we could have some dinner (he doesn't cook). I told him he needs to cook more often because this was really good! So easy too. He made instant rice to go with it.
