1 pork roast (3-5 pounds) garlic pepper to taste 1 bag (12 ounce size) sauerkraut 1 ounce soy sauce 1 can (12 ounce size) beer
directions
Place the pork roast in the crock pot fat-side up. Season with garlic pepper.
Rinse and drain the sauerkraut and place on top of the pork roast.
Drizzle the soy sauce and beer over the sauerkraut.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the pork is tender. Serve the pork with the sauerkraut.
