This is a very good recipe - I add a little vinegar to give it that sweet and tangy vibe.

Very good, very tender. I used sugar free orange marm and sugar free ketchup.

Extremely good roast. Fell off the bone. I used a couple more cloves of garlic though :)

This was an AWESOME recipe! So much flavor. I used apricot preserves, rather than the orange marmalade. I added about three cloves of garlic if not more, and I also seared the pork roast to give it some color before I threw it in the crock pot. The house smelt delicious when I got home from work, I served the pork on a bed of rice, then poured the remaining sauce on top. Try this!

I've got to get out my crock pot more often! Shredded the pork after it was done and served with some of the "pot liquor" ladled over the top. Easy and delicious.

My husband loved this! It was such an easy dinner for my family and even my very picky 4 year old enjoyed it. I will make this again soon!

The combination of ingredients gives the pork a great flavor. The only thing I added was about 1/4 cup of water. I served the pork with rice from my new rice steamer. Put in a crock pot over night and it is ready for lunch in the morning. Thank you Shelley
