Drunken Bourbon Baked Spareribs

ingredients
4 pounds spareribs
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
directions
Place ribs on rack in roasting pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread thickly over both sides of ribs.
Roast in 350 degree F oven until brown and crisp (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours), turning once and basting frequently with sauce.
