Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

- #28588
2-5 hrs
ingredients
1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
5 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
3/4 teaspoon cumin
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
directions
In small bowl, combine and mix well all seasonings and vegetable oil. Rub mixture over all surfaces of tenderloin. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
Grill over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, until thermometer inserted reads 155 degrees F to 160 degrees F. Pork is done when there is still a hint of pink in the center. Slice to serve.
cook's notes
I sliced the tenderloins in half lengthwise before seasoning and grilled them on the George Foreman grill.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.
