Grilled Pork Tenderloins in Raspberry-Herb Marinade

1 tablespoon olive oil
mesclun greens
Raspberry-Herb Marinade
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon dried herbs
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 pound pork tenderloin or pork loin chops
directions
Mix marinade. Measure out 1/2 cup for meat marinade and reserve the remainder for salad. Marinate pork in 1/2 cup marinade. Chill 2 hours.
Grill until pink, basting often. Mix reserved marinade with olive oil, then salad greens. Serve pork with salad.
