Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

This was an incredibly easy dish to prepare. I served it to my guests with a dash of orange marmalade and laid it all on a bed of brown rice pilaf. Fresh Asparagus grilled was a nice touch and all were impressed.

I made this for guests -- and I'm always a little nervous trying out new recipes that way, but this turned out fantastic. Everyone loved it, and it was easy to make.
