Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

- #28092
2-5 hrs
ingredients
3 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin
seasoned salt, to taste
1 jar (16 ounces) apricot preserves
1 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
4 tablespoons water
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Moderately season pork loin with seasoning salt. Place pork loin in baking dish. Add 1/4-inch water to baking dish for moist baking.
Prepare glaze by blending apricot preserves, balsamic vinegar, rice wine vinegar and water in food processor until smooth. Using basting brush, coat pork loin with glaze, reserving some glaze.
Bake in preheated oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until pork is tender and juices run clear. Halfway through baking, brush pork with remaining glaze. Pork should be baked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
