Spicy Chili Mac

1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes cut up
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can red kidney beans
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Mexican seasoning
1 bay leaf
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni


In a skillet cook meat and pepper till meat is browned; drain fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce, mexican seasoning, bay leaf, 1/2 cup water, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. Bring to boiling; add macaroni. Cover; simmer, stirring often, 15 to 20 minutes or till macaroni is done. Remove bay leaf.
