ingredients
8 ounces penne pasta, cooked and drained 1/2 pound ground beef, cooked and drained 1 jar (26 ounce size) pasta sauce or homemade 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded parsley, dried or fresh and chopped salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray large baking or casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, beef, sauce and half of the shredded cheese. Place pasta mixture into baking dish and cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Take dish out of the oven and remove cover, top with remaining shredded cheese and sprinkle with parsley. Bake for another 8-10 minutes.
I have tried a similar recipe but I layer the pasta. Basically put half pasta in prepared oven proof dish and then cover with half mozzarella cheese and then another layer of pasta and another layer of cheese.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
