1 pound spaghettini, cooked as directed
1 pound ground beef, browned & drained
1 pound ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup parsley
1 large egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 quarts spaghetti sauce
12 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
In large casserole dish combine browned beef, noodles, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, creamed cheese and 1 qt of sauce. Toss well.
Even out in the casserole dish and pour remaining sauce over it and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F degrees for 20-30 minutes.

this was AMAZING. by far the best baked spachetti i have EVER had. this is the ONLY way i will amake spaghetti! AWESOME!!! if you love cheese, this is for you!

This is a super easy recipe. I gave it 3 stars only because I did feel it tasted average. Little flavor, but not bad.

great for a make ahead dinner. just add foil and 15 min. more for baking uncover last 10 min. or so
