1/2 cup soy oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon MSG (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
directions
Combine oil, vinegar, tomato paste, soy sauce, MSG, salt, ginger, celery and onion in blender container. Blend at medium speed 3 to 4 seconds until celery is finely grated.
