Azalea Grill's Sweet and Sour Cabbage

ingredients
1 large head cabbage (Napa or savoy), chopped in 1/4-inch pieces
1/2 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
directions
In a saute pan over medium heat, bring cabbage and vinegar to a boil. Lower heat and cook uncovered until wilted, for 3 to 5 minutes.
If cabbage dries out, add a bit more vinegar. Add sugar and continue to saute to slightly caramelize.
Add salt and serve.
