Ingredients:
3 pounds cream cheese, softened
4 green onions, finely sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large can (8 to 10 count) artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons fresh dill weed
2 tablespoons celery salt
2 teaspoons white pepper
3 teaspoons seasoned salt
3 pounds frozen chopped spinach
2 cups sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup white wine

Directions:

Prepare spinach according to package directions; allow cooked spinach to cool. Meanwhile, chop the artichoke hearts and mix with remaining ingredients.

When spinach is cool enough to handle, squeeze out excess liquid, adding the squeezed spinach to the cream cheese mixture and stirring until blended. After mixing ingredients, adjust seasonings, such as seasoned and celery salts, to taste.

Serve with Italian crostinis and celery and carrot sticks.
