  1. Mandi REVIEW:

I could definitely tell it was fat free. Not a huge fan... it was edible but I did not enjoy it. Maybe using the vegetable soup would have been better. I did substitute artichoke for the onions (too much onion with the pack of soup).

  2. happyface REVIEW:

This definitely did NOT taste fat free! And the onion and water chestnuts added a nice bit of crunch. Although I think I chopped those a little too finely. Next time I'll make it a bit chunkier for more snap!

  3. Valerie REVIEW:

This was great and didn't taste fat free at all. The "original" version of this recipe that I remember uses vegetable soup mix instead of onion but both work fine. I served it with pita wedges and crackers. It was kind of addicting, especially knowing that it was low in fat!

  4. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

I think the ingredients use mask the fat free sour cream and cream cheese so you don't know it's fat free. I also used a low sodium homemade version of the onion soup mix and served it in a bread bowl.

  5. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

I don't normally like fat free dips but this was pretty good! It tasted pretty close to the traditional spinach dip recipe I've used for years. Need to watch the waistline now though lol.
