ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
4 tablespoons minced sweet pickles
2 tablespoons pickapeppa sauce
2 tablespoons minced green onions
1/4 cup fresh lime juice, or to taste
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
directions
In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Tabasco, pickles, pickapeppa sauce, green onions, lime juice, and parsley. Mix well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator until well chilled (about an hour).
Serve with fried seafood or fish.
