Twice Cooked Hawaiian Sticky Spareribs

ingredients
3 pounds pork spareribs
salt and pepper
flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
fresh ginger root, grated
directions
Salt and pepper spareribs. Roll in flour and fry until brown. Drain ribs on paper towel.
Mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger together. Pour sauce over ribs. Baste and turn ribs for 45 - 60 minutes in 350 degrees F oven.
