You don't need to be a pro chef to cook up some spectacular lamb chops. Just rub the chops in some oregano and thyme, give them a quick sear, and toss them in the crockpot with garlic and onion.
1 medium onion, sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 lamb loin chops
2 cloves garlic, minced
Place the onion slices in the bottom of the crock pot.
In a small bowl, combine the oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well then rub the blend over the lamb chops. Set aside.
Heat a lightly greased skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb chops on both sides. Place the lamb in the crock pot. Sprinkle with the minced garlic.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the lamb is tender and cooked through.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

This recipe is so simple you almost don't expect the lamb to be so flavorful and good but it is. Thank you for adding this recipe, I will be using it again!

This recipe is great! Our family received some lamb chops as a gift, so this dinner was the first time my kids had tried lamb. I followed the directions to a tee, and the result was great. The meat so tender it was falling off the bone, and the rub was just enough to highlight the meat. My kids loved it and can't wait to try more lamb!

I agree with the previous reviewer-OMG these chops come out amazing! I am not an accomplished cook, but my son actually said they came out as good as a local restaurant which is a very popular spot. :-)
