1 box spanish rice, plus ingredients needed to prepare
9 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can (4 ounce size) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup white wine
Prepare the Spanish rice as directed on the package. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Combine the prepared rice, shrimp, mushrooms, and white wine in a bowl until just mixed. Spoon into the prepared baking dish.
Place the dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
