1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, frozen
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
salt and pepper, to taste
1 pound fresh asparagus, partially cooked
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup heavy cream

directions

Put frozen chicken in crock pot. Add lemon juice, stock, tarragon, salt and pepper. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.

Add asparagus. Whisk cream and flour together, and add to pot. Cook on HIGH 1 hour or until asparagus is tender, and sauce is thickened.
