Slow Cooker Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken

ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
directions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot. Evenly drizzle the lemon juice over the chicken. Sprinkle with the black pepper.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Add additional lemon juice or water if the chicken looks dry. Serve the chicken hot or chill and use in salads or other recipes.

I add 1/4 cup chicken broth to the bottom of the crock pot just to keep the chicken extra moist. Simple recipe. I use it to just cook the chicken and then use that in other recipes because it has more flavor than plain chicken.
