ingredients
8 ounces thin spaghetti pasta
1 pound skinless & boneless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
chopped parsley
grated Parmesan cheese
directions
Cook spaghetti as package directs; drain.
Coat large nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Brown chicken; add remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
Simmer until chicken is tender. Toss with hot spaghetti, parsley and cheese.
