Grilled Lemon Jalapeno Chicken

ingredients
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
5 cloves garlic, crushed
3 fresh jalapenos, stemmed, seeded and minced
4 pounds chicken, cut up
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
directions
Preheat the grill.
Combine the lemon juice, garlic and chilies in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Rinse the chicken pieces and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken on the grill. Brush liberally with the chile mixture. Cook 25 minutes, then turn chicken pieces. Cook another 25 minutes until done.
