Beer Braised Swiss Cube Steak

30-60 minutes
ingredients
4 (4 ounce size) cube steaks
1 cup flour
salt and black pepper, to taste
1 ounce oil
3 cups beef stock
1 cup beer
cornstarch to thicken
cilantro and rosemary for garnishing
directions
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip cube steak and fry in oil. Pour beef stock and beer over meat and simmer for 30 minutes in 350 degrees F oven.
When meat is done, thicken liquid with cornstarch. Add cilantro and rosemary to sauce and serve.
