ingredients

4 pounds flank steak, butterflied
1 pound fresh asparagus
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons minced garlic

directions

Open flank steak and spread with horseradish and garlic. Arrange the spears in a single row over the steak. Roll the steak with the asparagus inside and tie it tightly with kitchen string.

Roast it in a 350 degrees F oven for one hour. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
