Salisbury Hamburger Steak With Onions And Potatoes

ingredients
5 potatoes
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 small onion, sliced or diced
1 pound ground beef
directions
Peel and dice the potatoes and place in a medium saucepan with enough water to cover. Boil until potatoes are just soft.
Meanwhile, form the ground beef into patties. Cook the patties and onions in a little oil in the skillet; turn the patties once.
Drain off the grease and add the soup and potatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the meat and potatoes are tender.
