Whether over noodles or garlicky mashed potatoes, this surprisingly simple slow-cooker cream cheese stroganoff makes a delightful dinner.
1 pound cubed beef stew meat
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
Combine the beef, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and water in a crock pot. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the beef is tender.
Cut the cream cheese into small bits. Stir into the crock pot. Cover the crock pot and cook for 15-20 minutes longer or until the cream cheese has melted. Stir again then serve over hot cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.

What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

E-Z to prepare & very tasty, even though I used heart healthy soup & low sodium Worsteshire sauce. I also added in 1 lrg. clove of finely minced garlic, & a grind of black pepper. I served it over whole-wheat egg noodles, and sprinkled it w/minced Italian (flat-leaf) parsley & grated Parmesan cheese. Everyone loved it, so I'll definately be making this dish again.
I put it over egg noodles. Kids loved it. Quick and easy.

I am not a cook! I hate cooking. So, during the holidays, I came here looking for something simple to do with cubed beef that I already had gotten at the store. I saw this. It was awesome! Super simple & nearly decadent. (The only change I made was adding a can of mushrooms). 5 hands-off hours later, we had a wonderful meal! Thank you!
