ingredients
1 1/2 pound cod fillets
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 teaspoons mustard
1 cup Parmesan cheese
directions
Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Put fish in pan.
In small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish and mustard. Spread mixture over fish fillets, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
