ingredients
1 1/2 pound fish fillets
1 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1 cup instant potato flakes
1 small can French fried onions
directions
Dip fish fillets into the ranch dressing. Roll in potato flakes.
Place in a single layer in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Top with onions and bake about 10 minutes longer or until onions are browned and fish flakes easily.
