Shark steaks done right. A soy sauce marinade gives a real bite to the fish and a quick broil is a great choice for cooking this meaty fish.
1 1/2 pound shark steaks
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Cut shark steaks into serving sizes. Place in a glass dish.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, parsley, garlic, and black pepper. Pour over fish. Marinate for 30 minutes, turning once.
Remove fish, reserving marinade. Broil 4-6 inches from heat, about 4 minutes per side. Brush with marinade before turning.
Serve with minced green onions and parsley.

What an amazing recipe! My boyfriend loves shark (this was my first time) and he absolutely loves it!! Says its by far the best he's ever had! I wasn't sure how it would turn out since it's so easy, but it was really fantastic.

My family really enjoyed this meal. It was simple to make, very tasty and light. The marinade with the parsley and scallions made for a nice flavor
