Cube Steak Skillet Supper Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
2 cube steaks
2 tablespoons oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 can sliced potatoes, drained (14 oz)
1 can (14 oz). French style green beans, drained
1 can (11 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
Paprika
Directions:
In a large resalable plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add steaks and shake to coat. In a skillet, brown steaks on both sides in oil. Set aside and keep warm. Add onion, potatoes, and beans to skillet. Stir in soup. Return steaks to skillet. Cover and simmer for 15 minute or until meat is tender. Sprinkle with paprika.
