Turkey Gravy Dijon Recipe

Serves/Makes: 3 cups
Ingredients:
2 cups turkey drippings
water, if needed
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup half-and-half or light cream
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Remove and discard fat from turkey drippings. If necessary, add enough water to reserved drippings measure 2 cups; pour into medium saucepan.
Add flour; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Bring just to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
