ingredients
2 cups apple cider
2 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup dried cranberries
directions
Simmer apple cider until reduced by half. Add chicken stock. Bring to a boil.
Stir in mixture of flour and butter. Simmer and stir until smooth.
Add cranberries. Let plump in hot liquid.
