The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
2 cups plain croutons
1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1 cup egg substitute
2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
dash black pepper
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
directions
In a greased 2-quart square baking dish, combine croutons and cheese. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, mustard, and pepper; beat until combined. Pour egg mixture over croutons. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 degrees F oven about 45 minutes or until knife inserted off-center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

This is a GREAT recipe I've been using for years now...I just thought I'd comment on it since it deserves a review. I've used turkey breakfast sausage and it is wonderful! Great for a quick easy brunch especially on holidays!
