ingredients
2 cups cold milk
1 package Jell-o instant chocolate pudding mix
1 package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
10 flat bottom ice cream cones
directions
Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with a whisk until well blended, 1-2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir in whipped topping and half of crushed cookies. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Fill cones 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Top with crushed cookies. Decorate as desired.

same thing here, did them in the morning for my daughter's kindergarten class and by afternoon the cones were very soggy.
This would probably be a great recipe except it should say "serve immediately". I made it the night before a noon picnic and the day of the picnic I lay in bed wondering why the cones would not be soggy. Of course they were. Fortunately I had made a pan of the dirt dessert and took that instead.
