ingredients
1 package (4-serving size) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
directions
Combine pudding mix, instant coffee and milk in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour into a bowl. Cover surface with plastic wrap and chill thoroughly.
Beat chilled pudding slowly with a rotary beater or wire whisk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into individual serving dishes. Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts if desired.
