It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

You don't need to be a pastry chef to make a decadent cake. The Kahlua brings a bold and rich coffee flavor that blends perfectly with the chocolate fudge cake mix for a truly delightful taste experience.

1 box (18.25 ounce size) fudge cake mix with pudding in mix
1 small box chocolate pudding mix
2 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 pint sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup vegetable oil
In large bowl, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, chocolate chips, sour cream, eggs, Kahlua, and oil. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes. Best if slightly underdone.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

This cake is relatively easy to make and delicious. I was looking for a recipe to replicate a Chocolate Kahlua Cake that was our favorite from a local bakery that closed. Everyone liked this as much or more than the bakery cake. I will definitely be serving this cake again in the near future.

Absolutely, positively delicious. Not that hard to make and tastes better than the one I bought at the grocery store.

This is the easiest cake to make. Everyone raves about how moist and rich it is...definitely a winner with a crowd.
