Chocolate Punch Bowl Cake

non-stick cooking spray
1 package (18.25 oz.) plain devil's food cake mix
1 1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 packages (3.9 ounce size) chocolate instant pudding mix
4 cups whole milk
1/2 cup Kahlua
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 cup crushed toffee candy bar pieces
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9" x 13" baking pan with Pam.
Combine thoroughly, cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in large mixing bowl. Scrape sides often and mix until batter is thick and well blended.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a rack at least 40 minutes.
Prepare chocolate pudding mix according to package directions.
To Assemble: Crumble cake into 1 inch pieces with your hands and place the pieces in the bottom of a large glass punch bowl. Pour Kahlua over cake mixes and stir gently.
Spread pudding over cake pieces, then spread whipped topping over all. Scatter the toffee candy pieces over topping. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
