ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons tapioca
2 eggs
garlic salt to taste
celery salt to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon prepared mustard (gluten free)
2 tablespoons ketchup (gluten free)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
directions
Combine all ingredients and form into meatballs. Brown in oil in a skillet, turning to brown on all sides.
Use in any recipe calling for meatballs or add to spaghetti sauce and serve with gluten-free pasta. Can also be made into mini-meatballs for appetizers.
