1 package (12 ounce size) peanut butter chips
3 tablespoons shortening
3 cups (3/4 inch dice) apple chunks
chopped peanuts
directions
Melt peanut butter chips and shortening in double boiler, stir until smooth.
Dip apples in mixture, drain. Place on waxed paper. Sprinkle with peanuts. Store in refrigerator for 2 days or less.
